Dirk is an Engineer, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Co-founder of The Rowan Tree
Reiki, and founder of Simar Media. He also is a Sound and Energy Healer,
Didgeridoo Musician and trained in mind-body connection based bodywork,
completing CMT training at IPSB in 1995.
For over 2 decades Dirk has pursued a wide variety of mind-body studies and
certifications and has provided a variety of services in bodywork and energy
healing. He recently has extended his capabilities to include Reiki, and now offers
Reiki sessions individually or as an added modality included within his integrative
therapy sessions, which can combine multiple modalities. He is also the inventor

Dirk also plays an ancient wind instrument called the Didgeridoo, said to be the
first man made musical instrument on Earth, well-known for its deep resonate
frequencies and healing properties. Dirk has often been invited to perform or
conduct demonstrations by numerous authors, performers and host venues and
has offered combination sound healing / guided meditation venues along with
Rhiannon.
Dirk & Rhiannon are co-producers of Didgeridoo, Music & Sound Healing CDs,
Journey with the Angels Guided Meditations and Journey with the Goddess
Guided Meditations. Dirk performs the mixing and mastering of their titles and
through Simar Media, they offer a wide variety of CDs and MP3 audio programs
that provide platforms for Healing & Harmonizing Body, Mind & Spirit.
